Veryripe fruit is put to good use, dried in the sun without preservativescreating healthy treats that are also suitable for sulphite-sensitivekids and allergy sufferers.
Wealso dry other fruits, sourced from orchards in northern Victoria thatshare the organic food ethos and each with their own unique flavours.

Foremost, come to the Organic Delights stall at a farmers market around Melbourne where you can also taste test our full range of fresh apricots, dried fruit and apricot preserves.
Ourfresh apricots are available in December and January through variousorganic green grocers across Victoria - ask for us by name.
And finally, selected dried fruit and apricot preserves can be purchased through online and shop outlets.
About us
Ourfarm is located in the Goulburn Valley near Shepparton, Victoria. Asidefrom the apricot orchard and fruit drying, we also raise beef cattleand grow timber trees. Our four kids are too young to help around thefarm yet, but they are only to happy to consume any apricot they canget their hands on. We hope that you delight in the flavours of ourfruit products as we do.

Born and raised in Surrey Estate, Athlone on the Cape Flats to working class parents. I have 7 siblings and too many extended family members to count.
Married to Aghmad Smith.
Immigrated to the UK, 2001.
We have 4 daughters, 2 sons in law and 8 grandchildren.
Founder of Cape Malay Cooking & Other Delights, a recipe sharing Facebook page, founded in February 2011.
My social media sites currently attracts an excess of 2.5 million visitors per month.
June 2015 sees the launch of my first self-published hardback cookbook.
August 2015, founded an initiative called Cakes For Kids free birthday cakes for less privileged children where they donate birthday cakes to mainly children living in care.
